Why we don't use Baking Powder

Baking Powder often contains aluminium sulphate or other chemicals in order to hold off the rise until you're ready. You can buy aluminium free baking powder, but not in the Seychelles. Now, i'm not debating the potential harm that aluminium can cause the body, some say it does, and some it doesn't. But I say, no smoke without fire, and I'd rather keep my kids safe from any harmful chemicals where I can, so, we no longer use Baking Powder and do a simple Organic Baking Soda and Organic Apple Cider Vinegar replacement. Works just as well and we don't have to worry about our kids potentially not remembering their childhood.
