SOUR ORANGE

Zoranz gro lapo

The fruit is more bitter than the orange and is commonly used in preserves. It is used sometimes as a pickle when unripe and when ripe to marinate meat or marmalade as it is higher in pectin that the sweet orange and is said to be better set than its counterpart.
